Site Safety
Safety is the number one priority on our construction sites. We have a strong commitment to safety, and we back this commitment by enforcing Pacific Ray’s Safety Guidelines. We believe in a safe work environment and that all accidents are preventable. Our goal is ZERO accidents.
Sustainable Building
We believe in environmental stewardship and sustainable development. As such, we offer our clients the option to design and build their homes to meet the requirements of three different green building certifications. While different in their standards all three options reduce operational costs due to the efficient use of energy while reducing or fully eliminating the operational carbon emissions of the home.
